Why Invest?
Southern Africa is facing an impending gas shortage, commonly referred to as the “gas cliff”, expected to take affect from 2028. The looming supply gap has created an urgent need for alternative sources of natural gas to ensure energy security and continuity for industries across the region.
Botala Energy’s Serowe CBM Project presents a significant opportunity to fill a portion of this gap through the production of LNG.
