Proposed Research and Development

The Company intends to utilise the IPO funds raised attributed to renewable energy research and development in its use of funds towards the following activities:

• developing conceptual plans and site layouts;
• economic and emissions modelling;
• site surveys, progressing environmental approvals and baseline studies;
• initial site infrastructure including fencing and access roads;
• engineering and project management of concept development work for gas processing and conditioning for different end users;
• engineering and project management of solar and gas hybrid energy power plant design; and
• investigative studies exploring the use of batteries.
